The Kaiser Hayward Learning Approach
The Kaiser Permanente-Hayward Physical Therapy Fellowship
programs integrate advanced clinical reasoning and knowledge and
skills in orthopedic manual physical therapy with a foundation of
scientific inquiry.
Comprehensive Training
Our curriculum builds upon the Maitland (Australian) approach to
manual therapy. This methodology provides a core framework of
analytical problem-solving and case management skills that will
allow you to seamlessly integrate your prior experience and all of
your future training into a comprehensive system of clinical
reasoning and patient management.
By providing you with comprehensive training, we give you a spectrum
of solutions for patient management, with emphasis on manual
therapy. To that end, our program incorporates current concepts in:
- Therapeutic exercise
