A Distinguished History
Join the country's first postgraduate PT Fellowship
Established in 1979, our program is the longest running manual
therapy fellowship program in the United States.
Our Mission
We were founded on the principle that every individual shares in the
responsibility to consistently provide high quality health care
services and to practice in a legal, ethical and caring manner.
Our mission: to provide an educational environment that
significantly expands the accuracy and efficiency by which physical
therapists examine and treat clients, enhances their abilities to
communicate with patients and other disciplines, and expands their
knowledge of health care issues facing the profession.
The faculty of the Physical Therapy Fellowship subscribe to the
Mission and Principles of Responsibility of the Kaiser Permanente
Medical Care Program.
The PT Fellowship program attracts clinicians from across the
country and overseas, contributing to a unique learning experience.
Our diverse graduate population now practices in 26 U.S. states.
Our
program is recognized by the American Academy of Orthopaedic Manual
Physical Therapists (AAOMPT). It is credentialed by the American
Physical Therapy Association (APTA) as a post professional
fellowship program for physical therapists in manual therapy.
